A small family business, we source specialist coffees for you to enjoy.
Where possible, we try to buy fair-trade coffees, but only if the quality is good enough! Many of our other coffees can be directly sourced to the grower, who is then paid more for producing high quality coffee.
We stock an ever-increasing range of flavoured coffees - always worth watching for the newest flavours.
We are both narrow-boating enthusiasts, and when we 'retired' (hah!) we wanted to start a business, which meant we could do lots of boating, and also earn a few bob. A love of coffee got us thinking.... During the year there are several canal festivals, which also have lots of trade stands. Could we perhaps sell coffee beans?
Four years ago this is what we decided to do. So we started going to the major boating festivals, and also some of the smaller ones. The business has grown since then, and now we also go to other, non-boating events and festivals.
We also sell gourmet biscuits, cakes and toffee waffles, but unfortunately not by post, as they are too heavy.
We try to send out your order within 24 hours of receipt, but if it takes a little while longer it will be because we are on our narrow boat and have to search for the post office in the nearest village!
